Audio not working A32

Sorry my Dutch is not very good. I got a samsung A32 for my birthday as I needed a new phone. I have always loved the samsung galaxy phones. I have had the phone less then a month.

On facebook messenger, I can't send audio messages, it says "something went wrong. try again" The only fix has been clear the cashe, which then lets audio work for a few hours before it wont let me any more. The other fix is restart the phone then I can only use the audio for about 10 minutes before it wont let me send audio messages again. I would like a more perminate fix as to having to constantly try and fix it is not practical. Also tried video call and I could see and hear the other person fine but they couldn't hear me, my camera worked fine.

The other problem I have is I needed to connect to a video call on a website using Google Chrome, I couldn't connect using my A32 but I could on my old S7 and on my laptop and using my tablet A7. the fixes for messenger do not work for chrome.

I often need to video chat with specialised doctors and lawyers specially with lock downs and covid while I cannot see them in person.

Since the workaround isn't working for Chrome, it might be a good idea to try to fully reset your phone. After resetting, do not apply your back-up yet, but first verify if the issue is fully gone. If that's the case, go ahead and apply the back-up and you should be good to go. If not, I recommend you to bring your phone to one of Samsung's specialized service centers or have it picked up for repair. In that case there's probably a bigger issue with the main board.
