the preinstalled app permissions are insane. plus the tmobile app has fido auth permissions and the Samsung game service app is constantly performing native reflection commands. wtf? i have been attempting a service ticket request for reflash, but the website just jerks me around in a loop. my software is compromised, and at least one of Samsung's support staff agreed to a reflash but my device is not able to request a support ticket on your website. all the links send me in a circle. my calendar app is constantly giving developer warnings about notification channels (everytime i login to my burraaron475@gmail.com) i dont even use the calendar? please help me ship my device from usa (under warranty) for no charge. i have been requesting a software reflash (under warranty) and i cannot succeed. thank you

I wasn't aware Samsung would perform a flash of the firmware especially as it's a network provided phone i.e Branded so will probably have the networks brand of firmware on it.

There is a way via a custom rom but a person needs to be very careful what they do.

Xda-developers.com is a good site to learn.

Disclaimer

Using a Custom Rom can bring about an unstable phone or it may not work properly if the process glitches or the wrong Rom is used.

A person takes full responsibility if they perform this process and do so at their own informed decision. Samsung would levy a charge to put this right.

I wish you all the best with this situation.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
