Accessing dialer app from work profile after update does not work

My phone (A52s) has a Intune (M365) managed work profile (hybrid usage private and work). Everything works well, when I klick on an outlook contact (in container / work profile) to dial the number of a contact. The dialer app outside the container makes the call.
BUT always after updating my Samsung Phone (OS) the phone is unable to resolve the tel-links. The phone always comes up with "Phone isn't avalable.".
The only workarround I found is: Delete the entire work profile and install and configure everything from scratch. Very annonying. Does anyone have a solution for the problem? Would be a great help !!!
Motivating my IT to add a dialer app to the work container can not be the solution, as everythig works until the next OS update arrives.
