Just had a weird problem were I was listening to music and the phone softlocked (froze) and wouldn't turn off, after a minute it restarted itself as I tried holding down tthe power button and all sorts and suddenly dropped from 24% before to 2% after restarting, so weird

Sounds like a battery issue if its dropping like that maybe perform a factory reset or reinstall the firmware then do a diagnostic test on the phone using member's app mske sure there no hardware issues causing it (if the phone turns on)

It's happened once before, but a while ago, it's not frequent or anything

Nothing wrong, good battery health, I checked the restart history only thing that comes up that sounds bad is a restart on the 10th nov for battery discharge, everything works

Leave charger in for few hours and see what's what after that. Possible repair if still screwed.
