A7 2018 - Help recovering phone data without factory reset

Hey!
My phone storage was running low and I was in the process of deleting unnecessary stuff. Unfortunately power got low and I plugged it in for charging. On returning, the phone had powered itself off and on restarting, it doesn't complete the boot loader process after the SAMSUNG wording.

Any way / software I can use to access my phone contents and delete unnecessary apps and data so that my phone can fully load?

If you have a PC plug it in and manually delete the unnecessary stuff. I had this problem and it worked for me.

This may not work if your phone doesn't power on at all.
