A54 crashing/restarting

No warnings appear it just goes black an restarts. No app issues and doesn't appear to be related to any apps but has started since the most recent UI update! Anyone else having these issues. Phone was purchased new from Samsung.

Just to update todays update has not resolved the problem as it is still crashing and restarting

This is happening to my a54. I just bought it and it immediately wanted to run updates. Once I started using it I noticed it would randomly reboot.

This is still occurring. Doesn't happen while in safe mode. So Samsung have said its an app. I did a system restore and then reinstalled some apps. Happening again so now uninstalling apps to see if I can pinpoint which app is potentially the issue.

I found that deleting cache of apps, in particular Webview, has reduced the crashes.

Further to my previous post my A54 5 G phone is now fixed after taking it back to Samsung shop twice & no joy. After contacting online chat & carrying out their routine I returned to samsung shop for a 3rd time. They referred me to their technical office & now sorted by them replacing the motherboard on warranty & all now fine. Aparently my phone has an early "old motherboard" which doesnt recognise new software updates. They recognised the problem immediately & it was replaced within 3 hours as they had the part in stock. They also checked my husbands phone & his is the new version. Clearly black phones are more popular than purple ones so less likely to be "old version" it seems. Also told to return before warranty expires so they can check everything is fine. Brilliant service & amazing staff support from Samsung tech services in Hua Hin Thailand.

Same. My A54 5G just shuts down randomly. Even when I am using it in the middle of something on my phone, it just shuts down which is frustrating.

My A54 is randomly rebooting as well. I can be in the middle of a phone call or just checking my phone. This is a serious issue and I do t understand why Samsung hasn't addressed this problem. My phone was fine when I first had it on the 5.0 UI. 6.0UI nothing but problems.

I'm having the problem seems to do it when I open the ring doorbell app an open the doorbell camera

Same issue every day it is rebooting and after that it goes to silent mode.. no calls and messages until unlock
