Hi, anyone an idea what the problem is ?

Just got my new samsung a54 5g. When pairing with fresh 'n rebel flow wireless headphones there is unberable crackling when playing music. 

• headphones fully loaded
• no issue when using headphones with other phones like iPhone , One Plus or Lenovo laptop.
• sound is clear when in a call 
• sound is crackling when using Spotify app, YouTube app, other websites like Audible
• when pairing samsung a54 5g with other speaker there is no issue
• bluetooth cash on samsung device cleared
• bluetooth setting are on for call and music

What else could be the reason for the bad sound quality ? How can I fix without having to buy new headphones?

Thank you for your message and congratulations with your new A54 5G. Is the  phone fully-up-to-date and have you tried resetting the bluetooth connection with the headphones?

Hi Ajay,

So, after the initial setup, I performed the latest software update. The system also tells me it's up to date.
I just tried the resetting of the connection. Alas, I only get about two seconds of normal sound, and then the distortion kicks in.

Please let me know if you have any other ideas,

Via the Samsung Members-app you can also send in an error report to my colleagues of the R&D department. They can investigate this and when this can be resolved by an update this will be rolled out as soon as possible.
