Hi folks
I have an A32 5G for work. Yesterday the screen developed 4 vertical lines.
Best way to describe them? They are the width of an app icon and are cloudy in looks. They run from top to bottom.
I've tried a reboot, factory data reset. Neither worked. IT suggest a new phone...... Device is less than 2 years old and again shows how Samsung have taken the eye off the ball on quality.
Any ideas people?

Hi,
You could try below
Start phone in safe mode
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/
If the lines are gone
It means it's probably a third
Party app that's causing the issue then it's a case of removing apps till you find the culprit that's causing the issue

Hi there and thank you for your reply.
Yes, tried smart mode as well, sadly no joy.
My gut is telling me that the screen has blown.....
