A30 fast charging not working on Android 10

So my phone just updated to Android 10 about an hour ago. I wanted to charge it but noticed fast charging wasn't on which it always was. When I tried to turn it on the the option was greyed out and I couldn't move the slider so now I'm stuck with normal charging.

Well my problem is also rather weird. After downloading the android 10 update every time I plug in my A30 it keeps saying 'check your charger connection' even on a computer . It does charge but very slowly and can no longer be read on the computer and fast charging no longer applies . I've tried restarting it and even running it in safe mode but the problem persists ... could samsung please look into it.

I'm having the same problem ,going crazy buying new chargers but stuck with the same problem...if you had yours fixed would you please help me out as well please🙏i would really appreciate it

Same problem with my galaxy A50 cant charge fast, can't connect to any computer, it all happend with new update to android 10, can't even backup on smart switch due to no connection, checked sub board, charging port, charging cable, replaced battery, nothing seems to work. I would me happy if someone could help me

I have been same problem. Why, Do I have to turn my phone off and on. It is fault. SAMSUNG must have fix....
