I have a new A20e. I have put in Nano Sim, I have connected to BT Hub, I have created an Account, I get the Home screen etc but cannot send or receive text or make or receive phone calls. I get message ' Couldnt send message', and 'Conditional Call Forwarding Active'. Can anyone help? Thanks heaps
