Just bought the a15 today and when i do video calls the other person says they cant head me thru all the craccrackling the phones making

Hey there and welcome to the Forum

This will likely either be a network issue (not enough bandwidth at one end or the other to use video calling) or it may be an issue with the other person's device.

It might be beneficial to run the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App too @nayjac 

What are normal voice calls like  ?

It was on messenger and WhatsApp video calls the issue, I've not made a normal phone call yet. I did a software update and checked the diagnostic tools and they were all good
