A14 Galaxy

I've had 3 different A14 Galaxy phones first I got from curry's and this 1 from argos . Had to send the first 2 bc. 

They all seem to have the same issue. The wifi on auto connect is and it comes dropping out of the wifi. Even though there is nothing wrong with the connection my smart TV working fine. 

Does anyone if this is a common issue with the A14 ? I' don't really want to send this phone bc just seems strange that I've had the same model 3 times from 2 different shops and its the same issue.

I've had the same problem on a few Samsung phones, only thing you can do is turn wifi off and on so it reconnects, I got no idea why it drops off mine will go on 4g even when I am in the same room as the router.

It's strange isn't it maybe just a common glitch with the samsung phones. Yeah mine does the same when I'm in the same room as the router

My A14 had 'wifi calling' disconnecting problems until yesterday. Someone commented here somewhere to try clearing app caches. I sat last night and patiently cleared all the caches. Phone has now had WiFi calling enabled with no problems for a day and looks promising. Not sure why this should work but it seems to. Assume I will have to clear caches every few weeks, no big deal!
