You could try going into your Samsung Account via logging in on another device and choose the reset options for your pass @Leandromauricio
I assume you can't get into the phone at all at this stage.
Also a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look.

I had the same problem today with the A10S. I was trying to add password like pin or fingerprint reader; but it didn't allow me to do anything. a message always appears (screen lock was already changed try again with the new screen lock ) So I restarted the cellphone, and it was asking a password eventhough i didnt have one. It was locked. I couldn´t unlock it nor the samsung accoung or the google account. I think I had the same problem some time ago with an old samsung s5. So I did a hard reset and the phone was working again. but I haven´t touch the password settings again i don´t want it to happen, again.
It should be something related with a configuration or and corrupted update
