A10 update

My A10 downloaded a security update that was recommended, after installing and auto restarting I cant get the screen to work, I have rebuted from the buttons on the side no responce, I have also let the battery go flat and then recharged but still no  luck.

If you can back uo your data.

Then power it off, hold volume up and then power button and keep both pressed and hard reset from recovery mode
