A05s lying about battery percentage

My galaxy a05s gets stuck at 100% battery and after a while it shuts down I fear this could be a battery issue I'm not very tech savvy so I wouldn't know what to do.

Try going to device care to find battery option and try to check there if the battery life is in good condition- there is possibility that the phone UI could be faulty or U may have to do simple restart

Did you install one ui 6.1 (July update) update before this issue came to your mobile?

I also got this problem. After charging 100%, when I restarted the mobile, the battery percentage showed low. There is also the battery percentage stuck issue.

Touch the back of your mobile. You will feel that the mobile battery is slightly swollen.

This issue is caused by samsung a05s one ui 6.1 july update. Go to the shop where you bought the mobile and exchange the mobile using the warranty. You will get new a05s mobile.

Yes I did install the update and I've had a few issues since installing it, the battery doesn't seem to be swollen.

You will feel it in few days. Exchange your mobile quickly. When did you download the new update? when did you faced battery percentage stuck issue.

And I want to know one more information. Have you downloaded and played any battleroyale game before this issue?

My battery shows 100 when off and is on charge but when I switched it on ,the battery drops to about 88 .At times the percentage stuck
