Induction Hob nz64n7777gk

We bought this Hob for approximately a year ago. We installed it a couple of months after the purchase and changed all our accessories (pans, pots etc.) so that they would work on the new Hob. Unfortunately the Hob is not working as advertised. More than often we face that the Hob does not accept our accessories which is kind of annoying. The left area surface is partly working and only on 50% of the surface. I often have to move the accessories around to find a spot that accepts the pots and pans. 

The Hob is installed by a certified electrician and he checked all connections and the attached installation guide to make sure that everything was in order. 

I am not happy with this product and want to make a reclaim. Anyone who knows how to do that?

i'm sorry for the situation.

 

Has the hob ever work well? If the answer is yes, i think the installation was ok, so you should check for pots and pans.

 

These ones should have the correct dimension and have to adhere perfectly.

 

The induction cooking zones automatically adapt to the size of the bottom of the pot up to a certain diameter. However, the magnetic base of the bottom of the cookware must have a minimum diameter based on the size of the cooking zone.
