Hm, from the ideas suggested here the ones I would want in my device currently the most are:
Halo around the Camera, when a notification has been received (replacement for LED notifications) 
Universal volume control 
Of course, most of the ideas submitted there make me thing: Why haven't I thought of this?! 
So I am really amazed by all of your great and creative suggestions!
