I am sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience with our Beta version 😔. If you want to give Beta another chance, you can report your problem via the Samsung Members application, so that our developers can fix this issue as quickly as possible. Or, if you still want to withdraw from the program, as other users have already mentioned, you can do it using the Smart Switch PC Version on your computer.
