No.. I've had the notification advising of the 2nd beta update, but checking for updates says I'm up to date..
interestingly, the notice about the 2nd beta is from the India beta team!
Maybe a member of the UK team can advise further?

seems like it's only out for the S10+ ATM. Not sure why Samsung is holding back the update for the S10 & S10e
