File Manager Issue

When using My Files, the folder Android/Data shows as empty although all sub folders and files actually are still there but cannot be viewed. This is the case for both Internal storage and SD card. Other folders can be viewed without problems. When the SD card is placed in another phone using One UI 2.5, all folders and files can be viewed without problems. I tried a different file manager with the same results. I have a need to be able to copy data files into an app folder but the current situation prevents this. 

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Same for me for the internal Android/Data folder.. (don't have a memory card). Tried to access from another app and got an Access Denied message, so it must have been locked down to prevent access..
