I installed the beta yesterday and the stylus stopped working. I have the pen fold edition. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about the issue. Have you tried restarting your device? Or did you clear the cache?
I encourage you to report the issue in Samsung Members app, that way our developers will be able to fix the issue and provide you with a new improved version of the system!

Going into advanced settings and make sure s pen is turned on

I had a problem with my s pen. To solve it, I removed the tip and then reinserted it, s pen has been fine ever since. Have you tried going to settings turning off the s pen & turning it back on? If that doesn't work, try doing it again except after turning it off, restarting the phone, and then turning the s pen back on. If that hasn't worked, try changing the tip.
If all that doesn't work, try resetting the phone. There are now several options available for resetting the phone.
