Whats the point..? One Ui8 or is it 7.5

Why are Samsung bothering with a beta programme for the S23 Ulta and so called One Ui8. The OS is so diluted of any notable features its hard to differentiate it from 7. Samsung mislead buyers with guarantees of updates, what they don't qualify is the watered down versions of Android and One Ui that future updates include.. The S23 Ulra is still a very capable phone, held back by an OS version that is poorly deployed and stripped of new features.

I refer you to the Samsung S25 Ultra / S24 Ultra and the list of.features available in Android 16 that have not made it to the S23 a 3 year old device, compare iphones 3 years old and they have most of the new ios26 functionality... Samsung don't offer that.

Thank you, just a shame there isn't much to test, under the hood improvements aside, not much to shout about for s23 ultra owners... the phone is capable of so much more, S24 functionality. Forcing users to buy new devices is wrong, when the device they own is perfectly capable.
