Please check for any app updates and see if that helps. If that issue only appears on Beta software - Please also send an error report through Samsung Members app so that the developers can take a look at what may be the cause
No not an appointment issue same on tou tube and other video steaming apps. Definitely a samsung issue and has been so since I had the S24 Ultr. Samsung need to fix
