Use phone as toolbar

When I had my S21 ultra you could use as a toolbar for samsung notes on my Tab S7 Ultra , at the moment the setting is greyed out on on Tablet , will this become a feature on Fold 4 with One ui 5.0 official update ?

I am having a lot of problem with the microphone especially while using what's app, it malfunctions and the person I am video calling or audio calling with cannot hear me. Everything started after the One Ui 5.0 update. Unable to make what's app calls efficiently.
