Bud's 2 and 3 won't connect

I've tried both and they won't connect to the phone at all. Anyone else with this problem? Can this be raised please? Thanks

Hello @KevHep,

I would recommend doing the same thing as I suggested in your other thread - Please try wiping cache partition, and if that doesn't fix the issue, please send an error report using Samsung Members app so that the developers can take a look and assist you further. You can also run the diagnostic tests in the Samsung Members app to make sure you Bluetooth module works correctly 😊

I've found that they were both paired with my partner's phone. As he wasn't at home, the phone didn't pick up on it and show in music sharing for example. They've been unpaired from his phone and can now pair with my phone. Hopefully this helps other people
