Have you tried removing your finger print and setting it up again?

Hi @jaspreet_singh  With issues with fingerprints a good idea to reregister,  I think works best having a few fingers registered twice.

However best to try and get The Auto Reboot sorted out and then see if there is any issue with fingerprints.

Firstly ensure that you that do not have an Auto Restart set in  Device care-Automisation-Auto Restart.   Whilst it is a good idea to restart periodically Restart when needed could start at an inconvenient  time.  The other option is restart on schedule , you do not though require to use any of them.

However if nothing is set ensure you are on the latest software and the apps in  both Galaxy and Play stores are updated.  Sometimes there can be conflicts with 3rd party apps which can cause restarts and so you may need to try Safe Mode to see if the problem still exists. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/  if not present here would pinpoint recent third party apps which have been installed (if applicable).

However if still issue advisable to clear the cache partition,  sometimes temporary cache files can be outmoded or even corrupt. These files are deleted but your Data is intact.

Follow these steps:|

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer , other Device or TV USB, Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

Whilst can be frustrating a Factory Reset is sometimes necessary, last resort though and if taking this action ensure Data is backed up.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Personally this is the best, in screen, finger print reader I've ever used. I haven't noticed any change with it on either of the beta releases.
