The screen became green.

It happens not just when I reach the end of the screen, or in the apps, but sometimes during watching the videos, 

not just on YouTube, 

but in various streaming applications.

Sometimes, it's the entire screen, 

sometimes it's just one or two lines.

That's some weird glitch. Are you able to record that from a different device maybe?
