In my opinion,
very likely not.
I have Samsung Galaxy
Tab S8 Ultra 5G
and the updates were very rare.
Sometimes one per three months.
They doesn't treat the Tab S8/S9 like a flagships,
unfortunately.

It should do as the S9 Ultra backed by same lifecycle as the S21 upwards... so 4 years of OS updates until Android 17 & 5 years security.

A quick Google also suggests end of year for 14... though suspect with the delays in it being released by Google/Alphabet it will be 1st quarter 2024

@RichyC  Tablets not expected to be included  in the Beta and speculation that the official  release could start rolling out at some point in October.  The Tab S9 will receive the stable release. https://www.androidauthority.com/one-ui-6-eligible-devices-

At the moment there are no plans to provide Beta Programme to Samsung Tablets.

Tab S9 will directly receive the stable version of the system 😉.
