Tarun Vats has given the dates for the stable One UI 8.5 rollout. Will start on Monday 11th May. Its published by Samsung.

it may well be accurate and Samsung do feed some  information to this site but it is not strictly official, global release date not mentioned on their site https://news.samsung.com/global/samsungs-one-ui-8-5-official-rollout-starts-may-6
