Hi @Btatters Have you tried the usual troubleshooting? Ensure both phone and Tv are on latest software, sometimes there can be an issue if Bluetooth is activated at the same time. Another idea is to Reboot the Router. You could also try the method of holding the power button on the Tv for around for 5 seconds until it reboots to see if that makes a difference.
