Screen turning dark when using selfie camera

Since on Beta 6 and 7 my display turns dark in certain lighting when using the selfie camera and doesn't let me see what is on the screen. I hope this error will be fixed when the stable version is released.

Fingers crossed 🤞 which device is this on? Have you tried running a diagnostic test?

Try clearing the Camera app cache and restarting the device to see if the behaviour improves.

If the issue continues, please submit an error report through the Samsung Members app so it can be reviewed by the development team .

Hi MartinaK. I have done all that you suggested. The problem still continues. It is happening when I am uising the rear camera as well. On the selfie camera is happening very frequently, almost everytime time I am turning on the camera and it's quite problematic now since I cannot take a picture as soon as I turn the camera on. This is happening since I updated to Beta 7 or 8 and from the latest update to Beta the frequency increased as I said. I also used the modules from Good Guardians and Device Care and run the antivirus. Nothing helped. Never had serious bugs like this before I updated to these latest Betas. I hope it can be fixed when the next update is coming.
