I personally think that beta 3 is delayed because Android had a look at ios 18.2 and they said ooowww ***** we gotta add some shenanigans.

Beta 2 has been good for me battery is excellent all my apps are working just hate that battery icon hopefully goodlock will have something for us

There are no specific dates as it highly depends on the number of bugs found in the software and how long it takes to eliminate them as well as implement new improvements.
