Long story short, it'll just be a regular OTA update like any other. You just update and it'll switch you over to Stable.

You'll know when it's available as you will be kicked out of the beta once stable is offered to you.

Now that the official communication is out saying rollout begins this week it is just a matter of days to be on stable.
