S23 Ultra OneUI7 - Breaks ECG function on Watch 3

Beta program and upgraded to OneUI 7 beta. 

It appears that in this update, Samsung Watch 3 ECG functionality is no longer functioning in the health app, what appears to be a depreciation of support. 

Any others encountering this?
