Web browser (firefox) freezes on closure, pressing the back arrow doesn't work all the time, the only way to exit is to press the III screen button on the bottom toolbar to shut it and then, swipe it off. This is intermittent and not dependant on website.

have you tried clearing cache/data or reinstalling your browser?

Do you have the newest app version installed? You can send an error report through Samsung Members app, but it may be necessary to wait for the next app update to fix the issue
