My s22 ultra which I've had a month keeps freezing then I need to hold the power button till it resets this is multiple times daily

Try clearing the cache to see if this clears the issue.

Hi, In addition to what @theoracle has suggested, try to start your phone in Safe mode. If the phone does not freeze in safe mode, then you know that it is due to some app. If it does, you might have to reset the phone if the clear system cache option does not work.

Exactly as @Neo001 advised👏 you should boot your phone in Safe Mode to exclude that the cause of the problem is one of the downloaded apps. 

If this is not the case, please submit an error report in Samsung Members app, making sure log files are included.
