S21 ultra issues

Since updating to beta, numerous apps crash out, the phone lags and freezes, the camera is adding green bars when sending a video, when using 30x zoom outdoors only it take the picture but when you preview from camera or view in gallery it turns to just a block green picture.

For the first beta (UK) I've found it to be pretty stable.
I did do a partition cache wipe and apps booster after updating.

I am sorry to hear that you've encountered so many problems 😔. Did you try to restart your phone after the update? 

If the issues persist, please report them via the Samsung Members application. It is important that you make separate error reports for each issue. Do not forget to attach log files for each of the problems .
