Stable Update depends on what phone you have, but likely to be
released between now and January. One UI 6.1 is already being made ready for release with the S24, probably end of February, beginning of March.
There probably will be a December update.
You can revert back to ONE UI 5.1.1 which means you shouldn't have joined the Beta program to start with.
Before you report any problems check your phone settings first then try restarting your phone & clear the cache & if the problem remains read through these posts as you may find the answer or if not and it keeps occurring the report the problem or ask your question.
This is how a Beta program works!
