I sent my phone in for repairs for the second time within the space of a month. I received my phone back today and the Samsung Electonics UK team wrote this.. (please find image attached).
If this issue occurs again, which I know it will, I really don't know what to do. I'm sick of this happening and I only got the phone in August(this year). I'm at my witts end with what is clearly a faulty device that many of us have, and nothing is being done by Samsung to rectify the matter.
*What third party applications are they talking about? Or network conditions and the 'way the device was being used'. How insulting. I've had to factory reset my phone four times in the hope that would fix it, but it didn't.
And if it is caused by these issues they've stated this then why is there an issue with them on this particular device yet they run smoothly on my older Samsung phone that was used in the same way?
May I also add that I have reported EVERY SINGLE issue via the Samsung members app when it has detected this restarting issue.
