Poor battery life & overheating on beta

Still no improvements since beta 1 and pretty much the same compared to one ui 7.

Still a over heating mess and massive battery drain with no apps running in background and all the generic diagnostics ran with no improvements on my s25 ultra.

Clearly down to Samsung and their optimisation of the chipset & one ui. Hope they listen to feedback sent via samsung members from paying customers and on here as a few have spoke about similar issues. Understand its a beta. However nothing has improved since one ui 7 or since one ui 8 beta 1, if anything has got worse. 

Improvements definitely needed.

Have you tried clearing your cache partition? I've personally never had an overheating issue with my device, so whatever you're experiencing isn't on every device. It's probably a small number of phones, maybe even just your phone

Same here, I'm not experiencing any heating issues or anything similar. Like the previous comment, you should clear your cache or worse case, factory reset your phone after backing it up. For me this feels like a stable update.

Also stable here, no overheating or battery issues. An Fully able to use this as my daily phone thankfully

I also have the same issue but I have found a fix for the over heating and it also doesn't help with the battery as well , and let's hope it's fixed soon if you go on developer options , go down near the bottom you will find an open for background apps limit set it to no background app processors it does help but it goes back to normal each time you restart your phone I also disabled some apps I don't use much on device manager before I did this and it does help but, all my issues started from one UI 7 may update is when I started to get overheating issues so not sure what changed there and it's continued with all the betas as well before all this I use to get 8 / 9 hours of on screen time with over 12 hours of screen time now I'm lucky if I get near 5 hours with only 6 hours of screen off time I have to charge my phone around 2 times a day now , just hope it's fixed soon
