Try clearing the Galaxy Store’s cache and data (Settings → Apps → Galaxy Store → Storage → Clear cache / Clear data), then do the same for Google Play Services and Google Play Store. Next, remove your Samsung account (Settings → Accounts → Samsung account → Remove), restart the device, and sign back in before attempting the purchase again.
