Notifications from this app are blocked

Is anyone else having this issue? Push notifications are enabled in the app but they have stopped since beta and I cannot turn them on. I have cleared the cache, reinstalled the app and restarted my phone

Possibly the app is not compatible with Android 14.

The app works fine apart from the push notifications, I have contacted the developer
