What's the point of beta testing when nothing changes and feedback dies in a black hole? You're not listening - you're pretending.

"Passed to the team" = shoved in a folder labelled Ignore until launch. Don't insult testers' time and call it collaboration

We take into account all feedback that we receive through official channels. However, sadly it's not possible to implement every suggestion. I am sad to hear that you are not satisfied with the Beta Programme, but I can assure you that we check out every post and every error report we receive

Kind of pretentious, the whole forum didn't like the egg battery icon when it first came out yet it didnt change at all, we cant even change it to something else, the most we can do is hide it and use a third-party app to just display numbers
