Noticed there's an issue when using dual sim. The messaging app will not allow you to type messages. The area generally displays what your typing is occupied by the sim notification option. This is annoying, and you'll turn off one of the active sim in settings in order to type. Also, the keyboard tends to vanish as well. See screenshot....All info relating to the issues listed can be seen in the screenshot.......

It hasn't been replaced by the sim icon, that is always present, it just appears to be completely missing the text input field.
Perhaps it's an issue with the messages app, have you tried deleting the cache or reinstalling?
