[Master App Incompatibility List]

Hi everyone,

I thought I would create this thread to capture a master list of all apps not working with OneUI 4.0 beta 1/2/3 that need to be resolved by either Samsung or App Developer. 

Please feel free to add yours as a reply........

Amazon (com.amazon.bison.bisonapp) - seems to have started working for me after 2 weeks, not sure what changed.

* Samsung Blockchain Wallet (doesn't open) 

* TikTok (video play crashes) 

* Instagram (video play crashes)

Factory reset, or try clear cache and data first before uninstall and reinstall, Amazon working fine on my device too, UK virgin mobile, 2nd sim is EE

It is possible that some third-party apps will not work during the Beta due to compatibility issues 😔. 

Anyway, you can try to clear cache of the affected apps (or reinstall it them necessary).

If the situation won't improve, please report the issue via the Samsung Members application so that our developers can have a look into the problem 😉.

DEX working as well as before Beta on my now 6 year old LG Oled TV.

Samsung Blockchain Wallet won't open. Both Instagram and TikTok randomly close when watching videos - I'm not sure if this makes them eligible to join this list as they work sometimes.

Hi Ninja, good to know about Good Kick during beta. I'm getting app crashes for Sound Assistant at boot.

Thanks for the guidance, I have tried the case and data clear for affected apps and also cleared cache partition from recovery but it has not helped.
I have been reporting these issues via the app, so they should be in the queue for review/bug fix.
