[Major issue] Sound issue affecting video calls (any app)

I have identified a significant issue affecting video calls across applications such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and others.

During a standard audio call, the speakerphone can be enabled without any problem. However, once the camera is activated for a video call, the audio is automatically routed through the earpiece instead of the loudspeaker, and there is no option available to switch the audio output back to the speaker.

This is happening randomly.

Another example: if you are on video call and someone call your mobile number, it get bugged.

Device: S25+

Cache and etc, already done.

I've had video calls on WhatsApp version 2.25.35.79 and can confirm that I haven't noticed any issues. I've also tested Microsoft teams version 1416/1.0.0.2025204802 without any issues.

@maodaa

Have you tried restarting your phone?

If the issue persists, please report it through the Samsung Members app and attach the log files immediately after the problem occurs :hand-with-index-and-middle-fingers-crossed:.

Yes, I already restarted the device, wiped the cache, and did everything I mentioned in my first post. The issue is still there. Reporting anything through Samsung Members has proven completely useless — nothing ever gets fixed, and I still have an open report from the previous beta.
So I genuinely don’t understand why this keeps being suggested, considering Samsung’s developers consistently ignore our reports.

I have to agree with this. It does feel that they only hear you but not actually listen. I know it's not an easy job, I get it, however, the missed opportunities are the ones where loyal users are providing feedback and suggestions but they get ignored for the most part.
