How to set reminders for weekdays only

Hi,

I'm trying to set up reminders for weekdays only but I'm struggling to find the setting. Please see attached. 

I want to set up a reminder for weekdays ONLY, every 3 hours but it's only allowing me to add an end date and not select multiple days of the week. 

Anyone been successful at setting this up or knows how to set this?

If you select every week, a new menu appears directly underneath where you can select the days

Thanks but then how do I also set it for every 3 hours on weekdays only? Apart from creating multiple reminders.
