I've just tested Google pay at my local Asda whilst on One UI 7 beta. No issues using it. Also showing device certified in Google play store, normally when it shows uncertified it means Google pay won't work.

I have also tried Google Wallet and it works fine while on One UI 7 beta

Tried it just now at Lidl. Works fine. So does Samsung wallet if anyone uses it.

Google play store tap on your profile icon, settings, about there you'll find your device certification

Google Wallet is not fully supported as of now so I highly recommend using Samsung Wallet instead
