Why can't I use. The voice commands on Goole assistant? Has it got something to do with the mic control? Google Asistant worked straight out of the box. I cannot get it to listen without swiping fron the bottom or pressing the side key. Help

No problems using Hey Google in my S23 plus 😁😁

If the problem still persists, please report it via the Samsung Members app so that our developers can analyze it .

Works OK by pressing the square at the bottom of the screen. The Assistant pops up.

I gave my mike permission to hear my request and it still won't work.
I switched on all that is necessary
