have you tried clearing the application cache? Perhaps this will improve the situation.
Settings > Apps > select app > Storage > Clear cache.
If not, please consider reporting this error in the Samsung Members app > Error report and do not forget to include log files, so that the developers can have an accurate overview of the situation. 🙂
